Have you ever noticed your diet having an effect on your anxiety problems? Good or bad?
Well, I love green tea. I love to drink it, but I used to do it like 4-5 times a day and I put alota sugar in it. That didnt really help my anxious feelings and the constant adrenaline rush. I just have one after I work out now and its great. As for food, staying away from candy, though it is torture, and other sweet foods is a good idea, too. I definitely feel much healthier now. And the crack wasnt helping either

Not sure if it would count as diet, but having a nice buzz on always helps :)

Caffeine is also killer for me when it comes to all forms of stress. Stuff I would normally only be very stressed about when I have too much caffeine turns into a complete overload of fear and anxiety (all of which was unnecessary to deal with the task at hand).
