A few days ago I had a really bad day seeing a friend which my anxiety was extremely high than usual, and from getting more depressed of the outcome it put me to the start which I've been trying to avoid. I knew not to dwell on it as I know from experience it puts you even deeper and worthless so I had to say to myself, tomorrow is a new day and start fresh.
Anyway, as this has happened a few times where my anxiety has gone through the roof, I tend to get it when I haven't eaten at all, or if I've missed out on breakfast/lunch that my moods and anxiety goes into chaos. The problem is, from depression I find it hard to get up early and eat breakfast which is obviously what I need to get in a habit of.
Do you find your diet very important to your anxiety day in-day out? Do you see a significant difference in moods if you don't eat?
