All Kinds of Awesome
I have become more and more confident in the pst few months. Now that i am going to go back to school I am afraid of slipping into a depression when the stress mounts. I was wondering if ne one has any "safegaurds" to monitor their depression? For example telling their close friends if you avoid them more than a week when you look down they should.... or consistintly go to a therapist every two weeks.
