Does this happen to any of you?You talk yourself out of irrational thinking in a particular situation,Then you don't feel as anxious but you completely neglect something else that's more important.
For example:I'm anxious about going to hang out with friends and on the way there I relax myself a little bit with rationalizing it.I'm feeling better but I almost cause a wreck.
Does something like this happen to ya'll?Any advice?Anything would help.
