People post once in awhile about how going without sleep reduces their SA. I've found in the last two days, oddly, that having water in my ear has put a damper (ha) on my anxiety. I speak with a little more force and confidence, because I can't hear myself as easily. And when other people speak to me, it doesn't 'rattle' me as much because it's muffled when I hear it. Anyone else ever experience this?
