I sometimes get trouble cramp in my leg.It usually happens when I've been walking a lot that day, after I stretch when sitting or lying down.
It feels unbearable, so painful that I scream unashamedly, last time I for it, tears were rolling down my face.Massage seems to help it, and if I weighed less it would probably be easier.

Does anyone else get this?And are there any ways I can deal with it?

You normally get cramps when you have overused muscles, so use them less ;) Keep massaging, if possible drink tea or coffee,(decaf) milk & water as soon as cramp starts. Increase potassium intake too by eating more bananas, potatoes, tomatoes. Also put warm cloth on cramp, that works wanders. Good luck! :)

THIS! I get cramps as well underneath my foot. Hurts like hell.

Ok ,thanks:DI think heat is quite effective as many a time I've had to use DeepHeat or something similar.
