This is very good to read, me myself I am on the way to over coming this, like you I have made strides in feeling less anxious. I'm proud of you and myself, I know how hard it is and your own your way that is awesome. A lot of people on here, think it's impossible but listen to this man!
First step, confronting your anxiety. That doesn't mean doing something really crazy just make yourself anxious put your self in these situations and pay attention to what your body does, and where your mind goes and then try and control it, try and realize nothing disastrous is going to occur.
