I frequently mistake being anxious and depressed for being hungry. I just want to stuff my mouth full of tasty food and milk.

...Which made me obese.

How do I cope correctly?


Eating food is the only thing that temporarily makes it feelings go away, but in reality, they makes things worse.

I never really got the answer as to how people here differentiate anxiety and depression from hunger.
