The Buffalo Social Anxiety group is a group of people with generalized or specific forms of social anxiety who want to overcome their challenges and meet other likeminded people.

-Do you have trouble with small talk or initiating conversations

-Fear speaking in front of crowds

-Dating anxiety

-Find it difficult to make friends

Let us work on overcoming out fears from this treatable condition.

We can expect to learn about social anxiety and its causes. How to try to overcome it and its treatment/management options.

Work on behavioral exercises to get over our problem, this is the behavioral component of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Up to 13% of the population has had Social Anxiety at some point. 40% of the adult population describe themselves as being shy. Challenge yourself with a friendly, fun and encouraging group of fellow shy people while encouraging others as they challenge themselves.
