Over-thinking everything results in brooding. Sensitivity to rejection results in no friends. Thus, when I need a shoulder to cry on, or, more importantly, someone to get me back on a rational track, I have no one to turn to. I have one friend, my husband. He suffers from Manic Depression (treated) and PTST (still working on it). Therefore, asking him for help sometimes works, but sometimes triggers his own issues, which does us both no good. But I can't just suck it up every time I hurt. Sometimes distraction is the remedy, but now always. I'm hoping for a girlfriend who will understand and be a voice of reason. I want to deal, learn, let go, move on. In that order. Any ladies out there who shares similar needs and goals, I would LOVE to hear from you! :)
