I was wondering if anyone had any good book recommendations on how to socialize. Now just simply a help book for social anxiety, but rather a book more designed to give pointers and discuss socializing with other people. Really, it's primarily my inability to socialize that fuels my SA. I would make an effort to meet up and talk with other people if I just had something worthwhile to say, but I never do. I never have a clue how to handle myself when talking to other people. So, if anyone knows of any good books on this, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie

Its actually a fun read - I only read the first few chapters (lost the book) and it makes a lot of sense, it tells you how you can better yourself, that is, how to talk to others

I second the How to Win Friends and Influence People suggestion. I'm reading it now and really enjoying it, even recommended it to my social butterfly of a sister, who loves it too!

I have a PDF copy of it that I can email to you if you like. :)
