I just got a book called "change your thinking" by EDELMAN. It deals with stess, anxiety and depression. I have read a couple of self help books but most are not practical. I recommend this book because the advices are extremely practical and practically is important because it allows you to take action.

Another book that I want to recommend is "The four agreements" by RUIZ. The ideas in this book were formed thousands of years ago by a group of people who lives in Mexico. Surprisingly the ideas in this book are very similar to CBT. I wouldn't be surprise if Albert Ellis (the inventor of CBT) read this book, repackage the information and called it CBT. It is an easy book to read and is also very practical.

A good place to buy the books above is Just buy them used. They are dirty cheap.
