If I do blush then it doesn't show, because I'm black lol. I imagine something like that would be really embarrassing since you can't hide it. I do feel myself getting all hot so I bet it would show if I had lighter skin.

ive delt with this a whole lot, and still do...

i wouldnt say i go beat red anymore...

i mean, i dont want to preach, just take your own advice and keep getting help...

all i did was kept trying untill i couldnt take it anymore and i got suicidle and so on and so forth...

so now im perscribed to klonopin and lexapro and it does help...

trying to overcome negetive thoughts can also help, and breathing techniques...

good luck, i hope things get better with you...

I try shoving my head in an ice box, if there's one around not in use.

Sometimes, I blush if a lot of attention is drawn to me. I also have a problem with facial sweating, which can be even more embarrassing. I have no great solution. I've noticed that the more you pay attention to a problem like sweating or blushing the worse it gets. If you can get your mind off of it, it will sometimes go away.
