The Shyness & Social Anxiety Workbook, by Drs. Martin M. Antony and Richard P. Swinson. (New Harbinger Publications, Inc.

This book has tons of exercises, worksheets, and advice to help your social anxiety. It is helping me a lot right now, and I would reccomend it to anyone with social anxiety.

I just ordered this book from Amazon today. I can't wait to start reading it. I really hope it helps me.

I second that.... it is a very good book. I also really like:

"Self Coaching" by Joseph J. Luciani
"Six Pillars of Self-Esteem" by Nathaniel Branden

I'm reading overcoming low self-esteem by Melanie Fennell using cognitive behavioural techniques. Its pretty enlightening so far.....
