So simple yet it works. Doesn't destroy my anxiety, but it certainly helps me calm down a little bit.

I'm glad the technique works for you. It might be helpful for physical manifestations of anxiety, but unfortunately it's going to do nothing about your mental demons...

My pdoc taught me this when I first met him. I thought "Is this guy taking me seriously at all?". I wish SA amelioration was that simple.

Yea for me, focusing on the belly breathing takes my mind of the anxiety. Not to mention i get calmer which slows the rapid thinking a little.
