Hello,

I am new here. I have been reading a book for helping youth who are prone to antisocial behaviors (The EQUIP Program by John C. Gibbs and colleagues). While reading it I am discovering that I have struggled with all of these issues myself.

The one that I am most currently struggling with is Authority Issues. I take all criticism personally, yet if faults of mine are not brought up until the review process I feel that those in positions of authority are passive aggressive in the since that they waited until I was in a powerless situation to reveal what they found fault with.

Any suggestions as to how I can work on this?
