Sounds to me like yet another combined vitamin/supplement thingy that's really overpriced. I would recommend getting on a good multivitamin, and possibly a B-complex vitamin. That's cheap and it's good for your health regardless of anxiety.
Then you could try 5-HTP, L-Glutamine, and Phenylalanine individually and play around with the dosing. You can find these in most pharmacies, grocery stores, and health food stores. Personally I doubt that the latter two are any good, but there is a touch more evidence for 5-HTP being good for anxiety, so start with that one.
