I drink to cope with my anxiety and to blend in with the public.. I got 2 DUI's and they have been making me go to alcoholics anonymous meetings. At first i didnt pay attention to what people had to offer in those classes but now im noticing the good vibe and feelings in those rooms somehow make me want to stick to medication and have a clear mind.. and even if you're not an alcoholic i just suggest getting into some kind of therapy or group therapy or just some place where people vent about there lifes and struggles and how they overcame alot of things.. i never volunteer i just sit and listen because my anxiety but i do pay attention now.. Im trying to drop the bottle its been 2 days sober and i feel ok. thought id share :)
