I think I've developed one because I no longer have a desire to go anywhere (that isn't within commuting distance). I don't have full-blown agoraphobia, but I feel like I have become phobic of traveling anywhere remotely long-distance.

Yuuup.

I'm pretty much okay once I get to my destination but getting from Point A to Point B is the battle. The farther from home I'm going (alone) the worse it is. I've only gotten on a plane alone for my best friend. "Far from home" could be a 20 minute walk away though, depending on how bad the anxiety is that day. Oddly enough though, once I'm there, I'm much more even keeled.
