I sit here with a dull ache in my heart, like at any moment it could turn into a full blown attack. I feel tired and vulnerable, i have an uneasy feeling in my stomach, tingling in my body and i think i can feel the onset of a headache. I feel emotionally drained and worn down... Red wine will help to wash the feelings away.. I just want to put my hood up, my ipod on and curl up in my bed.

Im wondering whether anyone else experiences anxiety crashes after a long day of having high anxiety and/or panic attacks?.. How does it feel for you? and how do you cope with it?

Music is one of my ways of coping when having anxiety attacks or very high anxiety days, another is slow breathing in and out while counting to 5 it is one of the only techniques I learned from therapy that's worked.
