I'm not quite sure if this thread belongs here seeing as I'm somewhat new to the forums here. Forgive me if it is in the wrong section.

I've noticed that whenever I'm in social or high stress environments I suffer chills. Not just shaking, but the type of sporadic chills you get when you're really really sick and it is really uncomfortable.

Whenever the chills start to take over, I feel really distant from everything, like I'm not a part of the world; I feel both vulnerable and invincible at the same time. Another thing worth mentioning is that whenever I'm listening to music I like, these types of "attacks" don't occur.

I'm not the greatest at explaining things, especially when I don't understand them myself, but I hope you get what I'm trying to describe. Do you think that these are resultants of anxiety or is it something else?
