I started to run in the morning.. just get as phisically exausted as i can by runing.

it gets me much more relaxed during the day

I stay in good mood for longer
and at the end of the day i'm not that stressed/nervous as i would be if i didnt do it.

so maybe this helps you to..?

ps: music helps too (either during runing and the day)

I don't play my favorite music around people but for the opposite reason. Music is a very personal thing for me and I feel like I'm revealing my inner thoughts and emotions, and ain't nobody got time for that.

Unless I don't like whoever I'm around and I know they'll hate it, in which case it's Slayer, NWA and Hank III all the way :)

Running is awesome. Really dont think I can live without it. I run 2-3 times a week with the end goal of being able to run a 10k in under a hour. Try to combine running with daily meditation + eating very healthy, alot of vegetables and Water.

Keep running champ! :)

hey guys
i share the opinion that my favourite songs i only like to listen and sing when im alone because it reveals my very core of myself.

as for running yeap it helps a lot
i only strted to do it recntly but realy it is a gem for me
