Keep a log/journal of your everyday thoughts both good and bad because it helps to remember what happens to you between each visit and it helps to vent. Also you forget what to say to the therapist when you go in or maybe you talk about it but it sounds as if it is not as bad as it really is.

Write down how angry you get or when something really bothers you and when you read it to them, they know what you're feeling and can express it better.

You can always keep a private journal that NOBODY but you reads. I do.

My psych suggested a journal keeping for this and then I asked the therapist about it and she said write not just the bad things that happen but the good. So keep that in mind.
