Yesterday in my Literature class we had to do a group activity. I had actually considered skipping class, since the professor had mentioned the prospect of group work ahead of time. So anyway, I decided to be strong and go to class, and I'm so glad I did. We had share our interpretation of a poem, but nobody in my group seemed to want to speak up. So after a few minutes of no one saying anything, I finally decided to say something. I felt a huge rush of confidence after that. This is quite a big deal to me, because it was the first time I had ever spoken up in that class
