I did it! I was really positive. I felt down a few times but I didn't let it eat me up. I maintained a really good diet and gym schedule. I'm pretty excited to see what happens this week! Things are looking up!
Socially I'm still very lonely. But that's okay. I'm coming to terms with it and getting more comfortable being on my own.
In terms of SAD I've been really proactive. I've gone out and spoke to people more. Not a lot. But I mean just making an effort to talk sometimes is an improvement. I also spoke up twice when something someone was doing bothered me. I usually just let it slide and bear with it.
