1) Handed in a job application at the library (ok so my friend really did it b/c she works there, but still.. :b )
2) Working very hard to fight my depression/anxiety: Exercising everyday, keeping busy, trying to stay positive, eating healthier
3) I haven't SI'ed in almost 3 weeks
4) Finally changed my major (even when my family wasn't crazy about the idea) from psychology to fine arts (fashion design)
5) I'm still having group meetings with other ppl with SA (even though I get nervous before them) in my area, and am willing now to travel to Albany (2 hrs away) to meet
