I find that between 3am and 7am I'm normal again.

There is no1 around and there are no noises freaking me out.
So i just go normal.. relaxed and good mood..

Even when some1 comes in contact with me i'm super well
they actually get surprised how good i am, when they talk to me at this hours..

Either they think, this guy is a cool after all or this guy is totally crazy..

Anyway it makes things go better when they see me in the day, when im not in that state..

And i actually like to be like this, this is what "normal" people are always everyday..
I get to be "normal" for a few hours..

so at least i got this "cure" if you can call it that..

Does it work for you too?

I am a total early morning person too. I like the peace and quietness. Sometimes I'll be up all night until the sun comes up. I like to be alone and just do things on my own. This is for sure introversion, and may be isolation. But I enjoy it. I wish to be more extroverted though.

Yeap this is social isolation.
But for me, it goes like this..
I wake up good mood, and increasingly go to depressed/stressed state as the day goes on..
Then at 3am, when i get to be alone again, i have this few hours of peace..

I know this may not be good, but i know it helps..

actually, when i have those really hard days that i just cant take it anymore i just sleep during the day and be awake all night.

kind like a vacation, for me..

Yes, but there's no healthy way to maintain that lifestyle. Also nothing is really open/going on at that time outside..
i'm not saying to turn vampires and forget about day light life..
all im saying is, for those you you that are like me and strugle in day time..

the night really helps me

but is just a tool to help..
is not meant to replace real life.
