I have read this book called "Painfully Shy," written by Barbara G. Markway, Ph.D. She is a psychologists who had suffered with social anxiety. Her approach is real, and helpful and her book includes tables, and suggests exercises you can do to help yourself. It has really helped me! If anyone has any questions about it, feel free to message me!

:thanks

See, the only problem is.. Im not painfully shy. I'm pretty outgoing and I DO like people.. I jsut cant be around them beause.. I think it's a control issue. But I am sure it would be REALLY helpful for those who ARE shy and do suffer from SA.
