I am so fit and healthy physically.

I go to gym 3-4 times a week, that includes cardio as well.

I dont eat saturated fats.

I drink barley grass and brewers yeast with grapefruit juice.

I hardly eat red meat, have loads of tuna, every thing I do eat is low fat, but I do have walnuts and brazil nuts cause they are good healthy heart fats and I have avocado sometimes. My body mass index is about 22. I eat porridge as well. I dont think there were be too many poeple healthier than that.

My theory is its in the genetics then, this higher end of the normal range 5.5. Doc says if it were him, he would like it lower.
Doc says cut out the nuts, but they are loaded with the omega 3 that lower the cholesterol.

I dont know what to do.

Should I buy the margarine that costs about $8, with the plant sterols?

If I were a choc munching couch potato, my cholesterol would be sky high? :um

The ratio of good to bad cholesterol is more important than how high it is. I don't know what you mean about the genetics though. 5.5?

My family history has heart disease in it. But then again 2 of those relatives who died were both smokers, and a third was not, so I dont know.
