This book, "25 tips to beat anxiety and depression" by William Wu is an excellent book dealing with both anxiety and depression.

Description: Studies have shown that approximately one in five adults will suffer from some form of depression or anxiety in their lifetime. Changes to lifestyle and food habits will also be discussed. Professional psychiatrists and psychologists are unlikely to write such a book, so a book by a patient suffering from Anxiety and Depression is ideal, and perhaps the only way. The book will focus on many alternative approaches to help anxiety and depression, other than medication, which can be costly and have many side effects that are not well tolerated.
