okay so i dont know if i have social phobia but i know i have severe anxiety in situations where attention is just on me, plus its started to seep into social situations (the little ones im involved in), ive become uncomfortable around a friend (but since they started uni they've been an *** to me, like around other people they treat me as though im wierd, which is how they were treated in school and vented to me about). I'd like to get back to the way i was a year ago, when stuff like how people were with me didnt even enter my mind, but id also like advice on how to deal with this friend.
