Just asked another woman out!

I was waiting at a bus stop in the snowy cold near two women. I made a little small talk that kept going after we got on the bus. I wasn't sure whether the two women were dating each other (maybe they were?) but I decided to talk to them anyway. One of the women left, and I kept talking to the other one until my stop. She was friendly and engaged in the conversation, and when my stop came, I asked if she wanted to go grab some coffee sometime and asked for her number and she gave it! Yay!

I wouldn't have done this before because I would have been worried about whether:
- she was dating the woman and therefore not interested in me
- she was just being friendly
- she had a boyfriend

and therefore didn't want to take the risk. But lately I've decided that it's better to ask and know for sure than to assume and not have any chance.

I still haven't tried calling the number to see whether it's real, but whatever, I'm getting more comfortable asking women out

What was the conversation about, and how did you go about asking for her number? Did it feel rushed or forced?

Great, man, congratulations !!

- I now issue the call, are you ready to fight
Fight all together as one for the right to be free once again
Tonight we will win

I can see by the look that you have in your eyes
You came here for metal, to fight and to die
Defenders of Steel now we are home

Fight for the kingdom bound for glory
Armed with a heart of steel
I swear by the Brothers who stand before me
To no man shall I kneel
Their blood is upon my steel

We were just making small talk. What year are you in? What's your major? What are your plans?

It's possible she was just being friendly, cuz it wasn't like I was super flirty. But you never know unless you ask.

Did it feel rushed or forced? Maybe a little, but a lot less so than I would have been just three months ago. You gotta stop the internal dialog and make it like a reflex to ask her out.

Fantastic. That's the spirit, and what a timely quote you have in your sig. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, and you just drained a 3-pointer. Keep it up.
