I went to a party I had been dreading!

This was a day long party (actually two separate parties sort of like a reception in the afternoon and a party after so was about six hours of socializing in one day. I was dreading it for months. It wasn't perfect, there were a few bumps but I am happy I went and didn't just suck at it. I actually made small talk with three people and was glad I went.

Thanks guys! I will say this is the first party I have been to this year and I feel done for the year. Really not so pleasurable but not as terrifying either. They are just meh for me which is a very big improvement over years past. I do feel like out of a three hour party, maybe 10 minutes are painful and very awkward. With SA, we become overly fixated on those ten minutes and make it the focus of our experience whereas normal people make the other 95% of the party the focus and don't pay the 10 awkward/painful minutes any mind.

If I don't reply to you, it's NOTHING PERSONAL. It's my ANXIETY.

Det. Devetko: "Definitely."

(It's legal now!! But Kristeva's already married. ;_; )
