So has anyone complete d CBT and have it help them?

I'm two weeks into a CBT workbook. I like the structure it gives me. I do talk therapy but there's no structure or goals.

I like to work torwards goals. It's more motivatinal.

I am close to completing short-term CBT and it's been helpful, particularly where it deals with ruminative worry. I'm definitely spending less time worrying about things I cannot change. The homework is sometimes tiring, but change requires willpower, so here we go.
