My Mood: Blah
A friend got me into going outside, going for walks. I've never really been very active (except as a little girl running around the farm :P), so I never expected that just walking could help, but it did for a while. However as my anxiety has worsened over the months, it's been harder and harder to convince myself to get outside. Sometimes I'll just sit on my porch, so even if I'm not being physically active, at least I'm getting fresh air.

A fan helps, too. I have a couple fans that I keep running 24/7 year round. Not only does the sound ("white noise") help relax me, but having the air blow on me helps with my breathing.
