I like the book so far, but the book says shyness and social anxiety are universal, but I have seen the Social Anxiety Documentary and says shyness and SA are completely different so...

I'm working on another book on a different topic and I'm almost done with great results. This book is publised by the same publisher as my other books and generally their books work for me if the effort is put into the program.

So is there an abstract conclusion about the book of those who already read the book could share please?

I just bought this book an started reading it, but I don't really like it. You have to make a huge assessment of your social anxiety and right a lot of stuff down. I would prefer working with a therapist this way, than on my own. I'm still going to read the whole book I guess. I payed for it and I can't just judge the book by simply reading the first chapters.
That's my review for now..

I'm just going to purchase this book. Hope I can do self-treatment of my social anxiety because I can't afford to seek professional therapist.

I bought the book and seems good so far. I had previously been reading a self esteem book and didn’t get all the way through but it really helped me to recognise that the negative thoughts in my head came from other people and events in the past, which has made me believe that I can overcome my social anxiety and find my own thoughts. I’m generally really positive when it comes to other people and believe anyone can achieve anything if they really want to.

Hopefully the exercises in this book will help me on my way to overcoming social anxiety!!
