Can you just get it over the counter? Also, is there a certain age you need to be to take it?

I just got my Seredyn. I took one tablet about 40 minutes, i dont feel any different, but the again im not in an anxiety-provoking situation at the moment.
I managed to finally find a place in England that sells Seredyn and ordered it yesterday afternoon, it arrived at 10:30 this morning! However it was more expensive ordering it from there than from ebay

Mon - I've been taking Seredyn since friday and to be honest i feel no different.
I'm a bit disappointed i was really looking forward to getting my Seredyn and being anxiety free.. but that didn't happen.

I'm going to finish the Seredyn i have and see if might start working for me

I got my bottle of Seredyn last Monday.

I went from 3 capsules a day to 9 capsules a day and I feel no difference.

Complete waste of money. I suspect that _most_ of the reviewers out there that claim that it works, work for the company itself. One can figure this out if they look at their other posts and note that all they post about Seredyn.

Even if it did work, it would be very expensive...

Am actually been searching for natural med. like this, I have read bout it and seems to be very effective in terms of calming the anxiety,
But how come it works for some ppl and doesn't work for others? Like Brew makes me want to buy, if it could help me like that.

does anyone know why?

toti, don't waste your money.

Read the reviews from real people...not the company and company supporters.

I haven't been on this site in a long time, however, I do lurk from time to time. I've ordered Seredyn for a little over a year now. If I take two to three in stressful times, it seems to help me. Actually, I do feel much calmer, and my anxiety has always been severe and debilitating for me. I have bought the packages with more bottles so that the price is lowered, and for me, I will do that so I don't abuse other medications. I do take adivan as needed, but it seems as though Seredyn keeps my adivan doses to a minimum.

I just tried about a week of it, and the first time I took it, it seemed to mellow me out. But days after that I really felt nothing & didnt help me in public places when I would feel my anxiety rise or socializing with people.
It wasnt strong enough for me, and I took 2 pills 3times a day.(Max dose)
It did help me sleep better at night since my anxiety started effecting my sleep

I wish you luck & hope it works for you. Everyone is different

Am I a good candidate for Seredyn

I snap! The smallest things make me snap! I over analyze everything! I'll smoke 4 cigarettes in my morning commute due to frustration of the other drivers! This is just to name a few that happened today! I walk regularly, yoga, think and say positive things, exercise ..... but my metal stability is out there! I was reading about Seredyn! Any suggestions on if this will help calm me down! My son and boyfriend suffer from my sudden mood swings and emotional break downs! I try to blame it on that time of month or bad day at work, but these excuses are getting old - to them and me!

Thanks

hey E93 Im in the USA, but I never infested into it at all. i see alot of bad feedback. I probably do not need it. What I have is anxiety for talking to women. Not necessarily being in crowds.

Just tried a bottle of seredyn the other day. it did absolutely nothing for me! maybe it banks on the placebo effect or something to work

It's possible that plain theanine will work just as well for anxiety. I don't like the idea of taking valerian during the day
