This definitely works for me. It levels out my mood a bit and I don't know if numb is the correct term, but I'll use it, it seems to make my input to stimuli a bit numb, allowing me to care less slightly about things which can give me anxiety. I bought the now 350mg 3.5% extract.
The thing I don't like about passionflower is if I take two or three, it can actually make me feel a bit frustrated, and stressy. I think taking one as a mild sedative is the proper use of this product. At least for me.

had success with passionflower for ironing out wonky cortisol levels and helping me sleep, one before bed and one in the morning, used Pascoflair.

Taking passionflower before bed seems to help me fall asleep. It's also useful when paired with kava to reduce anxiety.

My Mood: Tired
I know inhaling any type of smoke isn't good for your lungs. But, that being said they will sell the passion flower herb in its pure form to smoke. I like to use it if I'm trying to go in the car and I'm panicking. I use natural hemp papers. It's definetly a temporary relief so maybe the supplement would work longer? I'm going to try Kava Root
