Lately I've been drinking a lot of Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer. This stuff works really well to sooth your nerves. It doesn't taste too bad either (with milk and sweetener).

Does nothing for my anxiety, I drink it because I like the taste though.

It does help my anxiety, but it's short lived. I'd have to chug chamomile tea all day to get any lasting benefits from it.

I don't like chamomile anymore. The smell triggers some of my social anxiety's and a couple of bad memories.

I tried it to help me sleep a couple nights and I ended up drinking like 2-3 glasses. I did end up falling asleep, but I was still very anxious. And It's not like I had a great sleep either. I just dozed off for about an hour. So, maybe it does work.

However, I do really like the taste.

I prefer peppermint tea for relaxing qualities that nevertheless maintain mental alertness. Chamomile sometimes makes me drowsy. Yerba Mate is pretty good too for relaxing yet maintaining mental alertness.

Fantastic to read all the positive experiences from Chamomile tea, I have been drinking it on stressful days the last few months, and I too have felt it helps with my anxiety on a subtle level.

Just breathe.

My Mood: Scared
I used 2 bags and let them steep for 15 minutes. It was so strong and felt good. I forgot that I had SA due to sleepiness.

Chamomile is very relaxing. I haven't used it in a while, although I will soon.

Been drinking a cup of organic chamomille tea twice a day to help with bowel issues, seems to be helping a little, definitively doesn't make it worse. Will keep on drinking it for some time now.

Always looking for a better solution, what other choice do I have anyway?

I've had pretty good results taking chamomile supplements. It definitely takes the edge off of my anxiety, but makes me so calm I'm sleepy.

I've been drinking organic chamomile tea and so far it hasn't done anything for me. On the back of the box it shows that it's supposed to contain 900mg of chamomile flower. I usually use two tea bags and let it steep in my mug for around 8-10 minutes. It's never given me any effect that's been noticeable. How much tea do you all drink to receive effects from this?
