Mindfulness & Acceptance Study

This study is testing the effectiveness of the book The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety -vs- The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anxiety

As part of this study, you will be randomly assigned to receive and work with either (a) The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anxiety or (b) The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety.

You will receive one of the books for free, and will be asked to work with it for a period of 12 weeks. During that time, you will complete a number of online brief assessments, and at times larger assessments.

These assessments will be a nice way to help structure your efforts to make changes in your life, and give you an opportunity to reflect on your progress.

Free book, work on your SA, give it a shot!

I would do it but I'm signed up for the Drexel study. There's a thread in this forum about that as well. Look for Drexel Study on Skype.

Nice. But it's closed for international people 'at this point' and only open for people in the US. I would have went for it otherwise.

So this is actually closed, right? I think I'm going to get one of the books anyway.

PLEASE NOTE: Our allotted recruitments for international participants are now full. Only U.S. citizens will be enrolled in the study from this point on. We apologize for any inconvenience.
