What Is Something Your Therapist Always Says To You?
Sooo I've been doing therapy for 3 months now.
It's mostly been beneficial to me telling someone how I feel and all my stories that have helped cut me up for years. Any advice is just a bonus.
My therapist doesn't really give me that much tangible advice. She states that I should ask my family more questions about how they were raised (so I can understand how I was raised). She also states that I should go to meet-ups and go on more dates.
What advice does your therapist give to you? Do you stick to it/find it helpful?
