mindfulness

has anybody tried or had any experience with mindfulness meditation for living in the present moment?

Im thinking about applying and practising some meditation exercises daily to combat stress and anxiousness..

Yeh I have. It's very helpful and makes you see things completely differently, you should definitely try it.

You become aware of how you live in your own little world.

Good luck

No probs. you should go jog, both are good of course.

Anyway, you can meditate and jog at the same time, but that's hard.

That can happen if you are bad. But seriously this is what mindfulness is all about, being aware of your experience and sensations in the moment, whether your jogging or whatever.

Yep, have had very good experiences with mindfulness meditation. I was practicing everyday for about 15-20 mins a day when I got up for about a month. I noticed a very big difference in anxiety and how I generally handled my emotions. It's good stuff. I'm currently starting it up again.
