Looking for a method/ technique to relax during a panic attack


Have you come across any technique or method that has helped you calm down during and after a panic attack. any long term technique that helps to reduce the intensity of panic attacks over time. what coping strategies have you used ?

I've used plenty, you can research them yourself, if even through my posts.

I don't know about "at the time of panic attack" (although i'm sure learning to concentrate on your breathing will solve this problem), but long term you want to do mindfulness/meditation.

The question is not "does it help", but rather "am I ready to put the effort into practicing it everyday", "am I ready to stick to what I know is good for me".

I hope you will make the right choice
