Looking for a good method for removing a limiting belief

Is there an easy and effective way one can remove a limiting belief without the help of a therapist/counselor? A nice 12 step process or self curing method? I can explore my own mind but if anyone knows of one that would be most helpful. I've heard of Morty Lefcloe but I was wondering if anyone had any other more effective ones, that are free? or if you can vouch for Morty I will give that one a try. Thanks in advance.

Beliefs sit deep down in our brain and changing them is not an easy task. Hence why people never overcome SA if they do nothing to change their beliefs.

I'm going through audio therapy which explains these methods. You will find it if you really want to.
