Most of the time I feel fine, but the winter months are brutal dealing with my depression. So I clearly have to do something different. I'm considering medication, but I would like to hear others take on light therapy. Would you say it made a significant difference, none at all, or a marginal difference in your mood?
Light has definitely a big impact on my mood. I have in my 3x3 meters room like a 200W light bulb, bright light takes off the edge of depression
That and vivid colors, I have on my laptop the saturation to the max, it even exceeded my monitor gamut but I like it that way.
I never thought of light therapy as in doing it and feeling the effects after u finish it, for example as soon as I enter a dim lighted room, my mood lowers suddenly...
ya it has definitely great impact on mood. But it vary I thin person to person.
