I've had a scary experience

I was in bed when I started feeling weird. My heart started racing,I was shaking involuntarily and started crying.I was starting to think of growing up and how much time I had left with my parents. It's happened twice now in one year. What's going on?

I am not qualified to answer or even understand what happened. But I have a question, did this shaking and crying happen before you started thiking of growing up or after. Also Did you seek any medical help or try to talk to your parents about this incident. if yes, what happened then.

Scared, Depressed, anxious and kind off traumatized person
