Not only do I feel like it, I let myself.........I feel so much better afterwards. It can start out as something small......"Why are you getting so upset about a pan" it's not the pan, it's the last straw........ Built up stress is great to let go of.

Mental illness is what some have, not who they are.

All the time. Since I filed for divorce 5 months ago my life has been like a horrible roller coaster ride. I spend everyday crying about something or another. I can't help it anymore

Sometimes my mind literally feels like it's going nutso, where I think I may break down.

Break down and cry? No.

Break down and exhibit some good old fashion road rage, or quit my job, or tell Mister Passive-*******-Aggressive co-worker where to go? Sometimes.

I had to say yes, but not that often. When I was going through my trauma at work, I REALLY felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown. People were frightened of me. I was frightened of them.

I was on medication prescribed for schizophrenia and biploar disorder (yep, even lithium). That was scary.

It has all been taken care of - sure, some people are still frightened of me, but I can handle things a lot better!

Yes often. Gets worse everytime and I'm sure to have a total mental breakdown soon and earn myself a nice padded cell

Yes, not that often; usually in these situations I just want to hole myself up in my room and put life on pause.

Occasionally I've wished I were capable of letting it all out with strong emotions, but I can't actually feel things like that. Things don't seem to have a cumulative effect on me as I take it an incident at a time and stick to my safe routine. It could also be that nothing significantly bad has ever happened in my life (nor much of anything at all) and thus I've never had occasion for such feelings... I'm not sure.
