i decided to open a new thread and write about my psychotherapist sessions the best i can and how i feel about them,
and summarize them
maybe you guys can give me some other tips if possible.
what bothers me is that i think my SA signals are pretty visible, looking away
shaking as hell, and she just ignores it, but anyway...
1st session: i pretty much explained her how i got into this situation..
2nd session: 03/03/2020
so i've been to my 2nd psychotherapy session yesterday, and i don't think it's helping me.
in these session my psycotherapist just told me to get rid of negative thoughts and try little
by little, i explained her i would always avoid human interaction to avoid getting nervous, pressure
lack of confidence, struggle and avoid a panic attack. she told me i wont gain anything by thinking that way
even when i told her i can't control this, and i will always avoid. the only people i wont feel this way is with my parents and my brother
we did some roleplaying it was awkward af
she told me to do an exercise and evaluate people's face expressions for the next session
