sometimes it's hard to feel the value of going out... even if the sun is nice sometimes you get back and whole experience was just a hassle anyway. positive memories seem to get fewer and fewer. it is nice sometimes though. it works when I wait till my mood is ok and then I can enjoy it. or sometimes force myself. so much of the time stay in though. its not necessarily bad.

I stay at home most of the time. I only get out when I need food or groceries really. Also the heat is awful where I live and I hate going outside at all during summer.

My Mood: Scared
I donít have a job right now and Iím living with my mom but I do love to take a drive to the gym daily. Itís almost therapeutic. I get runners high.. but I still donít go out with friends or make any social plans. Like I said before, Iím not interested in having friends. Iím too comfortable being alone so having anyone else around will kinda invade my peace..

I've been seeking happiness for years.
I've lived in hiding from the darkness.
I've spent so many hours in question.
I've prayed that God finds me soon.
Only to realize I must find myself.

Fun is in the eye of the beholder, for some fun is peace & quiet, I know people like to tell you what you're supposed to think is fun.

And all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death
Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a walking shadow,
A poor player that strut's and fret's his hour upon the stage and is heard no more,
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

What's keeping you from going out? Your post doesn't really clarify, and I'd hate to make assumptions.

It's more comfortable to stay at home sometimes, but challenging myself to go out where there's people and do things I wouldn't normally do because of my anxiety I think is also necessary.
