I agree with Kevin in that I think you should cut back on some stuff. Like internet and cable, just do hulu or Netflix.
If you eat out a lot, cut back.

Being frugal is everything....thrift stores, not eating out, sales, etc.

I think 32 hours at 4 days a week is pretty much my limit but it really depends on the job and the environment/crew around you. If the people are good and you enjoy your job then working a lot doesn’t feel like it. Also, it depends on your goals, for example doing that for 2 months to save vs just keeping that type of schedule full stop
